      Jim Farrow brought to the attention of the chapter:

      1. Neil $15 national
      2. two dollars will be charged for each member next semester

      Conclave March 2, 1962 at MIT.  Chapter policy should be decided this was :possible bylaws
      weekend affair
      national bylaws and Constitution

      Fund for national convention in Kansas City.  Raise money to send whole chapter.

      Mark Cheren noted apartment will be available for himself and two other brothers next semester.

      Monday -- and net profit by APO will go to the next book exchange.  If this is last book exchange, money will go to scholarship fund.
